Holiday time is my favorite and nothing says holiday like spending it with family. So I took the gang to six flags to enjoy some rides and all of the decorations. Enjoy the light show 😊
Here I am in a few classic pieces I have stashed in my closet. The leather is from GAP and is about 10 years old believe it or not, I take good care of it. The boots are by Red Wing, love their shoes. The jeans are by one of my favorite places to shop in NYC and that’s APC, last but definitely not least the cable knit is from Banana Republic. None of these are new pieces, I just buy for longevity when I shop. It’s one of the reasons I love Ralph Lauren because I think his style transcend time.
Out with the family and enjoying the scenes.
I remember being a child and I loved the snow, I guess genes run deep.
Happy Holiday’s Everyone.
On the road this week and in addition to a few style pics wanted to share my adventures through the city, and since I’m staying downtown let’s start with the famous Chicago River Walk.
I love northern cities in the fall and Chicago has to one of my favorites (minus the weather). I love the downtown area because there is so much to do from shopping to events or just taking a brisk walk through the town. On this trip I am going all over the city this week, first stop will be the Chicago Art Museum where they have a special display of some of my favorite artist and the Impression era.
The other part of my week will be dedicated to some cool shopping on Michigan Ave, OMG I can’t wait to find some deals at the best retailers and up my wardrobe with some new pieces. The second part of my week will be going to a Bulls game just to take a picture in front of Michael Jordan’s statue, from one great baller to another lol.
With so much to do it’s really not enough time to take everything in, so I will try to plan accordingly and see where the day takes me. One things for sure, you have to get out and have fun and I plan on taking full advantage of my work week here. So enjoy the pictures and I will keep you up to date on where I’m at. By the way, stay stylish.
While in The Bay Area this week taking care of some business I encountered great food sites and people, and I wanted to share my experiences with you.
First is my fellow GQ Insider Michael Turner. This guy is a Stylist, Writer & aspiring Actor. Talk about talent and perspective, he has all the ingredients to be great. Here he is rocking a tailored Double Breasted khaki suit with all the trimmings. Lapel pin, bag & beret all come together to pull this look off. To see more of his style, check him out on Instagram under @last_name_turner.
What trip to San Fran is complete without riding the trolley through the city and doing a little people watching while your at it.
Can never do enough shopping for the latest styles and trends at one of the nicest mall on the West Coast, the Westerfield Mall on Market street. This mall has like 7 floors and the top ones all belong to Nordstrom, talk about exclusive.
Spotting some of the incredible street styles just outside the mall on Mission St.
Truth is I am all over so be on the look out for me. Remember stay fly and always show Your Styled Look and you could be featured.
